services to ensure a successful
move that is minimally disruptive
to the everyday business activities.
Reich Management, Inc. works with
its clients to determine the full
project scope and identify critical
issues in order to establish project
objectives. We develop a Master
Relocation Plan integrating the
schedule, budget and key business
issues impacting the move. Our
Relocation Management services
include the following:
Reich Management assists the client
in establishing a Relocation Planning
Team to manage the pre-move preparation.
We chair and participate in scheduled
project meetings with our clients
and external team members during
the project, as required, to complete
the relocation assignment.
Reich Management prepares relocation
handbooks, detailed packing instructions
and all necessary supporting documentation
to help orient employees about
the move process and what to expect
during their move.
Reich Management coordinates and
schedules the delivery of all
FF&E, including existing and
newly purchased, to the project
and coordinates, with the client,
the reuse, liquidation or disposal
of assets.
Reich Management coordinates with
it's client's IT group to ensure
that the disconnect, move and
reconnect of all technology equipment
is done with minimal impact to
business and employees. We develop
the relocation handling procedures
to move all the technology equipment
with the IT department and incorporate
these procedures into the mover
scope of services.
Reich Management will develop
the move RFP for movers and manage
the RFP and contract award process
in conjunction with it's client's
procurement process
Reich Management conducts post
move walk-throughs with building
representatives to verify the
condition of the space. We develop
post move punch lists and work
with the move contractors to resolve
all claims.
