This project was the retrofit
of an existing 10,000 square-foot
facility, with the ultimate goal
of redesigning the facility to
house relocated employees from
multiple sites. Reich Management
was responsible for complete project
budget, schedule (from design
to occupancy in 112 days), design,
implementation and delivery.

Led corporate real estate team
in project to relocate an organization
from 34,000 sq. ft. to 16,000
sq. ft. Developed business case
outlining the financial impact
of real estate options available,
obtained buy in from client and
Anteon Senior Management to negotiate
a new lease and build out space
conforming to new space and furniture
standards. Collected programming
requirements and worked with project
team to develop budget, schedule
and space plan for project. Maintained
active involvement throughout
the project through participation
in project meetings, regular review
of schedule and budget with project
manager to ensure that project
was on target. Worked with landlords
and client in ensuring facilities
services and lease obligations
were addressed in the closing
of existing facility and opening
of new facility. This project
resulted in a real estate savings
in excess of $700,000.

Developed real estate transactions
policy and procedure and documented
the process for auditing and training
purposes to meet Sarbanes Oxley
requirements.

Facilitated the automation of
Anteon’s lease portfolio
by researching and leading the
procurement process for a web-based
lease administration system to
replace a manual tracking system.
