Eastern Region
Managed the transition of five locations, approximately 1,000 employees, to parental companies during the closing of the Company. Responsibilities include accomplishing within a three month period the coordination and execution of internal and external moves, consolidation of two buildings into a third and the termination or transfer of assets and services provided by vendors.

International portfolio
Provided facilities management leadership. Opened and closed facilities to support expansion and contraction of portfolio; developed budgeting guidelines and comprehensive operating budgets; participated in corporate wide inititative offering corporate real estate expertise in the development of a homeworking policy.
