throughout the Eastern Region
footprint of AT&T Corporation.

Dealing within the AT&T Eastern
Region corporate real estate group,
Reich Management developed a comprehensive
business case evaluation to initiate
design and construction of a 60,000
SF research and development facility.
For this project, the Team created
an overall project schedule that
started March 1, 2000 and reached
fruition, with full occupancy
on October 1 of the same year.
Reich Management represented the
client during lease negotiations
and through negotiations with
Howard County. Once programming
was developed, Reich Management
coordinated designs of communications,
data, furniture, engineering and
architecture with respective trades.
Reich Management coordinated all
aspects of design and construction
including management of design
teams located in Connecticut,
New Jersey, Washington, DC, Florida,
Maryland and Virginia and construction
management including supervision
of project budgets, control of
project funds and schedule for
all trade entities. Reich Management
completed the assignment by managing
the move coordination group during
the relocation process.

Developed and executed a master
plan to consolidate employees
from a leased facility into an
owned facility. Plan involved
the coordination of moves among
seven Business Units resulting
in a 30,000 square foot reduction
and an $8 million savings to the
Corporation.
