old and undersized offices.

retained RMI to manage its project.
Reich Management performed an
intensive review of the construction
process and design and provided
an experienced project manager
to oversee the project. In the
end, RMI was able to reduce the
project schedule by four weeks
and reduce the project budget
by $200,000.
