Hudson Institute was introduced to Reich Management in the initial stages of their project when they were over budget and behind schedule in their effort to vacate their old and undersized offices.

Realizing they had a problem and understanding that we could help, Hudson Institute retained RMI to manage its project. Reich Management performed an intensive review of the construction process and design and provided an experienced project manager to oversee the project. In the end, RMI was able to reduce the project schedule by four weeks and reduce the project budget by $200,000.
